Our Management Advisory Services Division focuses on Management Consulting, Business Valuation, M&A Advisory, and Transaction Services. Our Management Consulting Practice collaborates with business owners and company leadership to optimize the performance of the enterprise. We help our clients develop thoughtful plans and then work with their team to deliver on the objectives. Rather than a one-off project, we view consulting as a long-term relationship to help our clients be successful.


We are very excited about our growth opportunities and are seeking an individual at the Manager level with an entrepreneurial energy and commitment to client service to join our Management Consulting team in Cleveland!


Looking for previous experiences in the following areas:

  • Project management tools and methodologies
  • Storyboarding and presentations
  • Process mapping and optimization
  • Data analysis, business cases, and modeling in Excel
  • Leveraging technology to drive business transformation

Looking for someone who has the ability to:

  • Lead small teams and/or own a project workstream
  • Drive discovery and analysis activities with client contacts
  • Manage the development of client-ready deliverables
  • Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • Work comfortably and independently in an ambiguous environment
  • Use a structured approach to identify problems and develop actionable solutions
  • Serve as an effective communicator (orally and in writing) between internal team members, client representatives, vendors, and other stakeholders

Our requirements for this position are:

  • At least 4 years of Management Consulting experience, preferably with Big 4 or other national firm, or equivalent experience in a strategy, transformation, and/or project management role
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or similar is preferred
  • Degreed in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or similar fields
  • Preferred Project Management or Agile certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, ACP, CSM, CSP, etc.)
  • Preferred experience with:
    • Data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
    • Finance Transformation
    • Technology Implementation
    • Mergers & Acquisitions
    • Change Management
