Our Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Transaction Services Group plays an important role with many of our clients and this group is growing!


We are very excited about our growth opportunities and are seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial energy and commitment to client service to join our M&A Tax Transaction Services team!

    • Akron or Youngstown, OH; Hunt Valley, MD; Detroit, MI; Pittsburgh, PA; Milwaukee, WI; New York, NY


Required Skills:

  • Technical tax

  • Networking and business development

  • People development

  • Strategic thinking

  • Tax due diligence and risk exposure analysis

  • Tax modeling, structuring and transaction analysis

  • Understanding of multi-disciplinary tax issues

  • Feel comfortable using Excel on a daily basis

  • Actively and effectively engage with clients

  • Target company personnel and their representatives, team members, and other stake holders

  • Work hard, have an appetite for learning


Our requirements for this position are:

  • Tax related Transaction Services or M&A experience

  • A minimum of 2-6+ years of M&A Tax, Tax Due Diligence, Transaction Services, and/or recent tax public accounting experience

  • CPA, EA, or JD designation required for Manager level
