We are seeking a digital developer with a strong functional design aesthetic to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced at planning, designing, developing, and managing a corporate B2B website and marketing automation platform. The person hired for this role will be expected to contribute to all digital marketing operations including email campaigns, engagement studio programs, forms, and landing pages in both Pardot and Kentico.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, and working closely with marketing colleagues focused on editorial content, graphic design, and event marketing, this position will contribute to marketing strategy and best practices, implement related processes and functionality, execute campaigns, and provide reports and analysis that enhance collaboration and decision-making.
The exact mix of design/development will depend on the individual candidate’s skills; but a rough target is 70% development/execution and 30% design/strategy. Expect a mix of developing emails (and email programs), landing pages and websites designed by others, based on existing templates, and your own design concepts that build upon the firm’s brand attributes/guidelines.
